Hello! Thanks for visiting my portfolio. I hail from Bhubaneshwar, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. I'm a part of the 2022 batch and currently preparing myself for the role of a Software Development Engineer (SDE).
A Full Stack Developer with a wide ranged Technology Stack and strong CS Fundamentals, I always aim to write clean, maintainable code, and create reliable products that provide a great user experience. I regularly contribute to open-source projects and possess a well-maintained GitHub Profile.
My Skills
I'm someone who you can call a Proper Tech Junkie. I'm very curious and always eager to get my hands dirty with new technolgies. Here are a few I'm currently working with.
Skilled at developing beautiful looking and responsive mobile apps, while providing great performance. Specialize in building Native as well as Hybrid Apps using tools such as Android, Flutter and React Native, catering to both Android and iOS.
Possess strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS and Vanilla Javascript to create beautiful websites with a bare-bones development environment. Can further use tools like Bootstrap and Materialize to amplify those designs. ReactJS is my Framework of choice to build large-scale, interactive web applications.
Extremely strong and experienced in Backend Development, from building RESTful APIs using NodeJS to Full Stack Web Applications with the MERN Stack. Have worked with various database solutions such as mySQL, MongoDB, Firestore and DynamoDB.
Built a sound foundation at Core CS Subjects in order to tackle any problem statement from a technical point of view, and to be able to adapt to any provided development environment and technology stack, all while keeping efficiency as the topmost priority.

Position: Android/Flutter Developer
Experience:
Responsible for building and maintaining the Rodo App.

Responsible for building User and Psychologist App from the
scratch for a Mental Health Consultation Platform using the
Flutter framework.
Rodo India
Position: Android/Flutter Developer
Experience:
Built both the User and Driver apps from scratch for Pointo,
within a 3 month time period. Also worked on improving the
existing Rodo App during the course of this Internship.

My Projects
Eveytime I learn a new technology, I make it a point to implement it in atleast one project of significant size. Over time, I've ended up with a sizeable number of such projects of various scales, all of which I upload on my GitHub. Here are a few noted ones.
MediGo
MediGo is an App based Teleconsultation platform that aims to connect Users with Doctors over text, audio and video calls. It digitalizes the entire process of consultation by noting down the User's symptoms and preparing a Medical Report on basis of that, which is then sent to the Doctor. The Doctor can further manage his Patient Records, Clinic Data through the App and also provide Digital Prescriptions to the consulted patients.

AgroAcres
AgroAcres is a Smart Agriculture Platform built to educate Farmers on the modern Farming methods. With the use of a Crop Calender and Chatbot, it advises the Farmer on how to take care of his crop from the very sowing till the harvest. And with the in-built e-commerce plaform, Farmers and other Traders can put up their products for sale for better transparency in the whole process, thus getting fair prices.

Grocer's Point
An app based resource mapping and management system which was built in response to this COVID19 Crisis. It provides an e-commerce platform to connect users with the local shopkeepers in their area and purchase groceries, either through home deliveries or pickups. It consists of 2 Apps, one for the User to explore nearby groceries and place Orders. And the other for the Shopkeeper to register his Shop and start accepting Customers.

Gesture Keyboard
This is an IoT enabled device that uses Machine Learning to type out text/audio messages with hand gestures. The gesture keyboard module consists of an Arduino Nano micro-processor with an MPU-6050 attached to it. It captures the movement of the module through its 6 axes and compares it against the 1500+ samples that we have recorded beforehand and predicts the correct character. For this purpose We use pyGARL, a Python library which uses SVM algorithms.

Runners-up at Global Hack
Our team secured the Runners-up position in the Mental Health track at The Global Hack, an international level Hackathon with over 2100 participants. We recieved a prize of 5000 euros for that.

Featured on Digital India Platform
Our project Asha was featured on Digital India Platform by the Govt. of India for raising Awareness about Mental Health.

Runners-up at Trithon 2020
Trithon is a 48 hour inter-college Hackathon with participants from all across Odisha, where we secured the Runners-up position for our project based on the Smart Healthcare System model.

Winners of Cisco Hack vs COVID19 Hackathon
We prepared Aasara, a Smart Grocery E-commerce platform over the course of this 4-day Hackathon, for which we were declared the Winners. It focussed upon creating a digital community between Users and their neighbourhood grocery shops to create a platform for small scale businesses.

Our project AgroAcres, which is an App-based Smart Agriculture Platform was felicitated during the 24 hour Hackathon by Cisco.

Our project Gesture Keybaord, which is an IoT-based Assistive Technology, was felicitated over the course of this 48 hour hackathon.
